Not really, but I hope you keep the larger bounce house. Huge difference in so many ways. We got the standard size one before from you guys, and this one seemed not only so much larger, but sturdier too! |

Thank you. Your service is awesome. It was raining on Saturday and you even called to see if I wanted to keep the rental, offered a refund if was wanted to cancel! That is awesome. The delivery man had arrived a little before our scheduled pick up and waited until our requested time. That is great. He was super friendly too. Thank you again. We rent 2 or more times a year and have rented from you multiple times and look forward to more. |

Last year I would have, but not after rhe issue I had and then when the jumphouse was picked up, your male owner refused to take responsibility for the jumphouse shutting down for 40 minites. He dared to say that our outside outlet was loose when in fact we had a guest over that was an electrician and pointed out your whole chord had tape wrapped around it in several places and it was duct tape, not electrical. Your male owner and two associates left without apologizing and or admitting it was their chord issue. Beyond unprofessionalism, I did second guess choice with going with your company and I should have stuck with it. I expect a call and a partial refund from your company. |

I liked that the guy who set up the bounce house was on time and very nice, He did a great job! all the kids and most of the adults loved the bounce house as well! I will most diffidently be using them for all my future parties! only suggestion would be to have the guy pick up the bounce house with in 30 min to an hour after the party is over. My party ended at 2:30pm and the guy didn't show up until 5-5:30pm. |

I was very disappointed about the original setup of the waterslide. My husband had to call and have someone come back. The tarp was not under the slide, the stakes in the ground could have caused an injury because of placement. I was not told that the pool needed to be filled. |

The bounce house that was brought to our house could be used as a water bounce house. There was a hose that was connected to the slide and we had two children hook their necks on the hose. It would have been helpful and more safe if the hose was removed or taped to the bounce house so that the children would not hook themselves on it. |
